Accommodation in Tampere
The organisers have reserved rooms at the hotels mentioned below. To obtain the special conference rates, bookings must be made on the registration form. If no rooms are available in the hotel of your first choice, reservation will be made for the next possible alternative. Buffet breakfast and Finnish sauna are included if not otherwise stated. The room rates are quoted per night per room, including VAT 8%. For a double room (two persons, two beds) please give your room mate's name.
The first night's room fee (deposit) must be paid when making the reservation. The deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation. All remaining accommodation costs will be paid at check-out directly to the hotel. Please, make sure you inform your time of arrival on your registration form.

Please, note that there are two Omena hotels in Tampere, the one located at Hämeenkatu 7, is closer to Tampere Hall (the convention centre).
